I started this year crying because of my cheating ex boyfriend, now I'm happy realizing the diversity of love. It took a lot of heartaches for me to realize that romantic love isn't everything and that I had been missing so much in life while I was busy worshiping someone on my imaginary pedestal who in return just took me for granted, made me feel like shit for doing so, and dumped me as if I never existed.
It opened my eyes to see my loving family and supportive friends. I've dated most of them this year and that is one of the highlights of my 2017. I had an amazing trip to Tagaytay, spend the Lenten season in Baguio, and flaunted my (then) sexy body in Cagbalete Island.

With the influence of my former coworkers, I got addicted to Youtube videos and facial cleansing routines. I believe that was my best facial skin that I've ever experienced. Sigh. Though somewhat happy, I still felt not contented
Later...
I shifted career from quality assurance to sales and now I'm back in Makati. Contrary to what I expected, I got stressed even more with traffic and pollution and adjustment with the working environment. Pimples begin coming, my anxiety worsen and I was welcomed by its brother, depression. Thanks to my close friend, A, and my suitor (more on that later) I overcame my dark moments.
New Love...
I would say my new love is myself but then I've been loving myself for a long time. I would also say my new love is my friends and family but what a cliche right? This new love is from a man. No not God, come on I hate cliche thingies and we all are loved by him. This man is just a boy when I met him but most men are not half of the man he already is. Does that make sense? Anyway I wouldn't say he's the highlight of my 2017 but he's definitely the cherry on top of my cold sweet life. Cheesy af!
2017 is definitely better than 2016 but it still needs a lot of improvement. I need a lot of improvement.
